You are entitled to return any unused & unopened orders to us within 7 days for a refund (minus postage costs)
Please note, the item must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition. If the product is heat sealed for
example and you have removed the product from the wrapper a refund will not be granted, This does not effect faulty items.
Regrettably, if your order is over 7 days old, unless your product is faulty we will not take returns for hygiene reasons.
If we suspect you have used any product before returning it to us we will return the product to you.
1. You must first contact the Butler White Helpdesk online to inform us of the return. To do this please go to
www.butlerwhite.eu/helpdesk/ and submit a new support ticket. Please enclose your order number and your full
details outlining the reasons for returning your product.
2. You must return the product to our Returns address. This address will be found on the receipt that came
with your order along with a pre-printed label.
3. When returning items we request that you used a recorded / special delivery service that requires a signature for proof of delivery.
We can not be held responsible for returned orders that are lost in the post.
4. The cost of returning any products are to be met by the customer. TuShy / Butler White are not responsible for the cost of returning packages.
