Although we send all orders within 24 hours sometimes there are problems beyond our control.
Once we have dispatched your order our system generates an email automatically informing you of the dispatch and tracking reference.
Sometimes if a product is out of stock it can cause slight delays, for this reason you should allow up to 28 days for delivery of your merchandise. Because of the volume of orders we deal with it is difficult to email every single customer to advise on delays. For this reason you should look out for the dispatch confirmation.
How do you send orders?
For 80% of orders we use Royal Mail recorded delivery, this service is generally safe and quick but not guaranteed. For a guaranteed service we have an option for you to pay a small supplement for a tracked method or slightly more for a courier service. Lost orders sent using royal mail can cause delays with your order.
